Napoleon, ND -- This was a common phrase re-affirmed at the community update meeting for JustWIND held last Thursday at the Napoleon American Legion Hall. Owner of JustWIND, Jeff Metzger apologized to the crowd of about 130 JustWIND investors and other interested persons, for the length of time since an update meeting was held for the community.
