Chad is a professional engineer in the substation market. Chad’s ten years of substation design experience in voltage classes ranges from 12.5 kV to 500 kV. He also has extenvise experience with wind farm design.
His experience includes project cost estimating, project scheduling, resource planning, equipment specification, physical design, control design, PLC programming, and protective relay settings. His background includes work across Iowa, Minnesota, and North Dakota for major power and energy services companies~ Great River Energy, Xcel Energy, Basin Electric, and Alliant Energy as well as wind farm projects: Flying Cloud Wind Farm, Moraine Wind Farm, and Xcel Phase IV Wind Farm.

Dragana has more than 22 years industry experience. She is responsible for structural and civil phases of substation projects including design and preparation of structural drawings, calculations, and project administration. Responsibilities include design of structural steel frames, foundations, and control houses, analysis of lattice steel towers, and design of wood and steel pole structures having direct embedded, or caisson foundations.
Her work spans the globe from North Dakota to Dubai, Africa and includes: Elm Creek Wind Farm, Morraine II Wind Farm, Queen City and Williston Substations, MidAmerican Energy, Xcel Energy, Great River Energy, Wind Farm Transmission Line Mortenson, MN. International projects include a silo at the port of Ploce, Croatia, a Coal Power Plant, in Bosnia and a Hotel, in Russia.
