A North Dakota native, Jeff now lives in Mound Minnesota. When he isn’t driving like the wind back and forth between meetings in North Dakota he can be found at his desk in Excelsior, Minnesota. Jeff was a contractor for the residential and commercial construction industries for over 35 years before devoting his full time and attention to the development of JustWIND.

Rich owns and oversees an organic farming operation involving the production of organic grain, beef and buffalo in Napoleon. Currently, Rich is President of the Organic Crop Improvement Association of North Dakota, Chairman of the Napoleon Development Company, Napoleon Rural Fire District Director, and Glendale Township Assessor. It was Rich’s wind research study that triggered Jeff to locate his first wind farm project in Logan County.
